I met this lovely family one early Saturday morning this Spring at Alouette Lake in Maple Ridge for a family photo session. They had been gifted the session from another amazing client of mine and we sat on picking a date for a little while until their littlest could walk! That turned out to be the best idea, and we spent the morning throwing rocks and sticks and shivering in the cool spring air.
Alouette Lake is a gorgeous location to take your family photos. There’s the lake and ample forest spots and opportunities for a great variety of backdrop. It can be quite chilly in the non summer months, so make sure to take that into account when dressing for the session!
