I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, I’m a Vancouver Gay Wedding Photographer. And I am absolutely proud to be one! This Vancouver Gay Wedding at the Terminal City Club was THE MOST FUN I’ve had with my camera in one hand (and a beer in the other).

Danny and Matthew. I met these two at the Union Wedding Show in 2018, where they were the winners of my event show giveaway. Coincidently, they also loved my work and were wanting to work with me! They had an October wedding planned at the Terminal City Club in Vancouver. I had an October wedding myself, and for me it’s the most romantic month of the year.

Their celebration was split over two days. An intimate micro wedding ceremony with their nearest and dearest on Friday. Followed by a reception filled with delicious food and performances by some of Vancouvers top entertainers. The evening played out with photo booth fun, Syrian food, speeches that brought tears to eyes, and performances that had people amazed and entertained. These two know how to throw a party!

Danny and Matthew have a beautiful and romantic love story. Danny is an award winning author from Syria originally, and Matthew from Canada. However, interestingly Matthew and his family also lived in the Middle East for some time during his youth! I won’t lie, I was even wiping my eyes during their ceremony stories and vows. Gay weddings are so special in a whole different way.

Check out the photo highlights of their wedding below. I’m honoured to have captured their wedding memories for them! Also watching all the performances was awesome too! If you’re considering having drag queens perform at your wedding, 10/10 I’d recommend.

Congratulations to Danny and Matthew, and here’s to a lifetime of love and happiness.
