It’s never too late to share kick ass quality engagement session images, am I right? And if you didn’t know already, Lonsdale Quay is the perfect place for a late summer engagement session!
I often leave it up to my couples to pick a spot for their photos, with input if they request it. For this session, we split our time between the PNW vibe of Stanley Park, and the urban skyline of the Lonsdale Quay. Stanley Park of course provides the beautiful look we all associate with the Pacific Northwest. Big tree canopy, waves crashing on the beaches, viewpoints scatted among the trails. We started our evening here, playing among the canopy in the shadow and light and making our way down to Third Beach.
After, we headed over to North Vancouver just in time for the evening glow. Lonsdale Quay gives us this romantic urban engagement feel. Watching the sunset over the quay and over the city as the light changes in the sky around you…now that’s romance. Of course, I’ll be there too as your third wheel– but still! The North Van Shipyard area is really neat and often overlooked by those of us on the other side of the bridge. On this late summer evening, we were treated to beautiful skies of pastels.
